She also serves as a Trustee of the African Wildlife Foundation, combining her expertise in finance with her passion for impact and conservation in Africa.
Dr Joshua Kibera

An anatomical pathologist, innovator and entrepreneur, Dr Kibera leads The Pathology Network’s vision to transform diagnostics across Africa. A fellow of the Africa Oxford Initiative, he brings expertise in digital pathology, cancer epidemiology and health-system innovation.
Dr. Noelle Orata

A Consultant Pathologist and lecturer, Dr Orata leads initiatives in health systems strengthening and laboratory optimisation. She chairs the Kenya Association of Clinical Pathologists and contributes widely to national and international collaborations in healthcare innovation and policy.

People and Culture Lead
Nancy drives organisational culture and people strategy at TPN, blending HR best practice with inclusion and performance. A certified HR professional pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Management, she brings experience from Oxford University Press and Bharti Airtel to build a resilient, people-first workplace.
Lilian Mbae
Senior Accountant
A Certified Public Accountant with ten years of experience, Lilian leads TPN’s financial reporting, tax planning and IFRS compliance. Passionate about professional growth and social impact, she supports community initiatives that reflect her strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Evans leads customer service and logistics across Upper Kenya, combining diplomacy and empathy to strengthen client relationships and brand loyalty. With a master’s degree in Diplomacy, Development and International Security, he brings professionalism and warmth to every interaction.

DSD Team Lead
A seasoned histotechnologist with over a decade of laboratory and management experience, Caroline leads TPN’s Laboratory Quality Team, ensuring partner labs maintain the highest standards of ethics, accuracy, and patient confidentiality.
